Small Group (4 Max) Personal Training:

Weight Loss Guidance/Accountability/Calories/Macros:

$40 per month

Online Workout Program (12-week program):

Pricing dependent on exercise experience and goals. I highly encourage in-person training for anyone new to resistance training, prior to moving to online workouts. Contact me for options.
